Enter the world of poster art printing! During this three-session workshop participants will create a linoleum cut image that will print in concert with letterpress wood type. Learn the history and techniques of these processes while you combine the 19th century with the 21st.

This workshop will have “homework” meaning that work will be needed during the week before the second and third, final, session.

Materials the participants need to bring with them for the first meeting:

• Two simple line sketches, any size up to 8 × 10 inches

• Clothes appropriate for art studio work
